Should I accept pets?

Being open to accepting pets will increase demand and open the tenant pool as data indicates that over half of all renters have pets. If you would like to avoid possible damages to your property, it is okay to say no to pets. However, if you are okay with it, we say “pet considered”, meaning that a pet may be approved, but not all pets may be accepted.
