Can I do repairs myself?

Yes! If an owner uses their own trusted contractor/vendor, RPM will make a note in the portfolio to contact them first for maintenance orders. If the property is vacant, owners can handle the repairs to ensure their property is ready for a tenant. Our preference is to use our vendors to oversee the commitment to deadlines as we work with them regularly and have come to know what to expect when using their services.
